The Memory Intensive

Did you grow up sitting at the feet of your elders? Do you feel a deep responsibility to preserve their stories, traditions, and legacy? What about your own?

You may be the one in your family who remembers the details, keeps the old photographs, asks the deeper questions, and longs for a way to bring it all together—not just for the past, but for the future.

Who is this for?

  • 📖 A family historian who wants to create a meaningful, organized record of your lineage.

  • 📖 A generational bridge-builder looking to engage family members in a deeper, more authentic way.

  • A storyteller ready to transform scattered memories into a tangible, living history.

  • The family organizers desiring to finally complete the family project rather than talking about it for years.

  • An elder longing for the memories of your youth

  • Those yearning to ensure that the values, experiences, and wisdom of your family are not just remembered, but honored and carried forward

  • Yes! This workshop is designed for people who feel overwhelmed by where to begin. And for those who feel like they never have the time. Through step-by-step exercises, I’ll help you identify key stories, map your personal and family history, and create a plan to preserve them with care.

  • The workshop includes weekly live sessions (60-90 minutes) and an additional 1-2 hours of reflection, exercises, or storytelling work each week. However, the process is designed to be flexible. You can go at your own pace and return to the materials anytime.

  • That’s OK. All sessions will be recorded and available for replay, so you can catch up whenever you need. Plus, you’ll have access to a supportive community and resources to stay engaged throughout the journey.

  • Sharing is always optional. This is a safe, supportive space, and you get to decide what you feel comfortable sharing. We will also have materials to help in storytelling and reflection. The focus is on your personal growth and self-preservation, and I encourage participation in whatever way feels best for you.

  • By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear memory-preservation plan, a structured storytelling framework, and a roadmap for continuing your work.

You will be prepared to take advantage of your time with yourself and your loved ones — like summer vacations, visits, and holidays — to put what we learned in action.

You will also gain access to our community of memory keepers and ongoing support from me as you continue your journey.
